Sagitech VMS 2.6.5 introduces a major update to the neural analytics engine, improving detection accuracy, object tracking performance and GPU utilization while adding new analytics capabilities.
The updated engine includes new neural network models for people and head detection, a new neural-network-based abandoned object detector, improved object tracking and more reliable person re-identification after temporary tracking loss. GPU-based tracking helps reduce CPU load on high-load video analytics servers.

- FishEye: fixed dewarping distortions during digital zoom and image stretching without preserving the aspect ratio

- Fixed incorrect license limit warnings for certain modules with an unlimited number of channels
- FR: fixed timeouts when starting a large number of recognition channels simultaneously
- Password policies: administrators can now modify the settings of a user whose password has expired, provided that the password itself is not changed
