License plate recognition

The module allows you to recognize numbers at car speeds up to 30 km/h (STD edition) or up to 270 km/h (PRO edition), supports the ability to determine the numbers of one country to choose from a support list (30 countries) with support for special license plates, as well as the ability to connect additional countries.
